As Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer for GuideWell and Florida Blue, Jason Raymond is responsible for leading an
enterprise information security and data privacy program that meets the needs of the business, subsidiaries, clients and providers to ensure that we adequately protect our data.

Prior to joining the organization in 2016, Raymond served as Vice President and General Manager of Astadia, a Jacksonville-based
global technology services firm. In this role, he was responsible for leading all IT-related activities, including information security. Before
assuming that role, he served as Vice President of Information Technology, Operations.

Prior to joining Astadia, he served in several senior leadership positions with Prosperity Bank in St. Augustine, Fla., including Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, with responsibility for leading information security; Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer;
and Assistant Vice President, Director of Information Technology.

A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Jason was selected as one of four IT experts who recently discussed cyber security at a panel discussion presented by the Jacksonville CFO Leadership Council.Raymond has been a 40 Under 40 honoree of the Jacksonville Business Journal and is a board member of the Northeastern Florida STEM2 hub, which promotes education and training in science, technology, engineering, math and medicine.

Raymond earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Central Florida, a Master’s in Business Administration and Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and completed Louisiana State University’s Graduate School of Banking.
